  2. Once you have your video, conference administrators and organization executives log into Conferencecaster and upload the video to our website. If you don't know how to capture video from your camera or don't have the time, simply send the video tape to us and we will do it for you at no charge.

  3. Once the video clips are uploaded, administrators then add video descriptions and set pricing for each video. Conferencecaster allows administrators to set member and non-member pricing as well as "all-conference" and "all-company" pass options.

  4. After all the videos have been uploaded and pricing has been set, administrators send out invites through Conferencecaster to alert members that video of the conference, seminar or meeting is available for preview and purchase.

  5. Members receive the email, click the link and then can preview and purchase any or all of the videos from your conference, seminar or event. All payments are secure and handled by industry leading e-payment processor, Paypal. Conferencecaster also provides you with your own Video Library page which you can link to from your website. Your library page will contain all of your videos and provide 24/7 access for your members.
