To use Conferencecaster it's obvious the main thing you need as an organization is video of your conference, seminar, or monthly meeting. The video can be uploaded or mailed to us at Conferencecaster.tv. We will then take your video and organize it into your own event page. After the video is in your event page, you can provide speaker and topic details as well as pricing information for each video segment.

  1. If my conference doesn't have an A/V company doing the video taping, what type of video camera can I use?
    Any digital video camera (camcorder) with a tripod will produce high-quality video that will look great on Conferencecaster.

  2. How do I get my conference footage to Conferencecaster?
    Most digital video cameras come with a USB cord and a software package that will capture the video from your camera to your computer.

  3. What do I do if I have trouble capturing my video on my computer?
    No problem, simply mail us your conference footage and we will upload it for you.

  4. Can I edit my conference footage before I upload or send it to Conferencecaster?
    Absolutely, the better you can make it, the more potential for people to enjoy your conference.

  5. Will Conferencecaster edit my footage for me?
    We will do some basic editing to make sure the video is in shape to sell to your members.

  6. Does Conferencecaster provide any video taping services?
    In certain circumstances Conferencecaster will come out to your conference and provide video services. We can also contract out videographers in your area to help us with your event. Just give us a call and let us know what you need.
